North Dakota Major Cities O&M
Heritage Contracting provides all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for complete building operation and maintenance of eight Federal Buildings, courthouses and post offices in Minot, Bismarck, Grand Forks, and Fargo, North Dakota. This includes operating and maintaining HVAC systems including chillers and boilers, electrical, emergency generators, plumbing, building automation, landscaping, janitorial services, interior pest management, maintaining architectural and structural conditions, Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems and Equipment, and sprinkler systems (in off-hours emergencies) as well as conducting repairs and alterations as needed.

Denver Federal Center O&M
This project includes operating and maintaining HVAC systems, emergency generators, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and lighting systems; maintaining laboratory facilities and data centers for various agencies including the Social Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security, maintaining architectural and structural conditions, fire protection and life safety systems and equipment, and sprinkler systems (in off-hours emergencies) and conducting repairs and alterations as needed.

Silver Spring Metro Center 1 O&M
Heritage Contracting provides all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for building operations and maintenance at the Silver Spring Metro Center 1 (SSMC1). This includes operating and maintaining electrical (including switchgear), mechanical and Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems and Equipment, building automation systems, elevators, interior and exterior lighting systems, HVAC systems, and the building’s architectural and structural components. We conduct all repairs, alterations, and buildouts in the SSMC1 for GSA and the building tenants, which include NOAA, DOD, and DHA, as needed.
We also maximize the efficiency of the building through the monitoring of the resource/utility demand through the NRG platform ensuring that the building is operating at a level of efficiency compliant with the Triangle Region standards.

Fort Collins Federal Building Full Facilities Service
This project includes operating and maintaining HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and building automation. This is a full-facility support service contract that includes janitorial services, maintaining landscape, solid waste management and recycling, and integrated pest management. We have two O&M/landscape staff and four custodial staff in-house dedicated to the performance of this work. To ensure seamless collaboration with the NPS, Postal Service/office, Social Security Administration, Federal Protective, and IRS tenants Heritage has one on site project manager and another regional project manager who diligently perform regular site visits, inspections, testing, evaluations, and especially, identify areas for preventative maintenance. These project managers, including support from our corporate office staff, diligently adhere to the monitoring of NCMMS which includes: executing work orders, task orders, PM and CM schedule, Seasonal Checklist, and asset maintenance.

Census Bureau Headquarters O&M
This project included operating and maintaining HVAC systems, emergency generators, electrical systems, plumbing systems, building automation systems, security systems, architectural and structural conditions, lighting systems, fire protection and life safety systems and equipment, and sprinkler systems (in off-hours emergencies) as well as conducting repairs and alterations as needed. Heritage follows GSA Maintenance Guides which provide instructions in the performance of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques in order to maximize the efficiency of operation and the useful life of equipment, systems, and structures to provide reliable and suitable conditions for the building tenants.
